Operations Game challenges participants to manage processes, resources, and efficiency in business operations. Teams will work through real-life operational problems involving logistics, supply chains, and optimization. The event tests analytical thinking and systematic planning. Participants must improve productivity while maintaining quality and cost control. It is ideal for those interested in operations and systems management. All team members should be from the same college. 2. Each team can have at least 2 and at most 4 members. 3. Team members should carry their original ID (or an authorization letter from the college) for the fest. 4. Each team should have at least 1 working laptop. 5. Participants must arrange their own internet connection. 6. Use of unfair means and rule violations leads to disqualification. 7. The decision of the judges will be final. 8. Reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
